Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic Store Manager to lead our mobility store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, and creating a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
Scheduling: Schedule customer work orders, repairs, and product evaluations.
Installation: Assist on installation of products when needed.
Sales & Customer Service: Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock ordering, and ensure timely restocking of products.
Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Staff Development: Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
Training: Attend product training classes and maintain product sales and installation certifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the mobility or medical equipment sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
May have to travel to other store locations.
Familiarity with mobility products is a plus but not required.

We are currently seeking a talented Sales/Service Technician professional to join our team at our Sioux City location.

Responsibilities for Sales/Service Technician
- Install new mobility equipment and test them to ensure they are working correctly
- Educate the client on how to use and maintain their equipment
- Perform maintenance and provide excellent customer support
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Answer phones and follow up with sales leads from email or phone calls
- Document and keep record of services that have been performed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
Qualifications for Sales/Service Technician
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to effectively manage time and work around changing schedules
Candidate must be mechanically inclined

Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience
