Important Information
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. For last minute inquiries, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Weekend rates are available from: Friday after 2 PM until Monday before 10 AM
Special rates may be available for rental requests exceeding 30 days.
Driver must carry full coverage insurance – insurance will be verified ahead of time.
Business and commercial renters will need to provide additional insurance information which will be collected by a representative.
If adaptive driving equipment is needed, please provide one of the following acceptable forms of proof of use along with a valid driver’s license: an endorsement or restriction on your license, a written evaluation or prescription, or an acknowledgment of your experience using the adaptive equipment by providing a signature at the time of pick up.

What do I need when I call to schedule a reservation?
Current driver's license for all drivers.
Insurance card complete with agent's name and contact information.
Pick up dates, times and location if pick up / delivery service is requested.
Debit card or major credit card to hold the reservation (no deposit required on card).
Inform your rental coordinator if the wheelchair being used is exceptionally wide or tall.
Cancellations
Full refunds are provided if a 24 hour advance notice is provided. For any notice under 24 hours, a $75 cancellation fee would apply.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of drop off unless other arrangements are made.
*Rates include 100 miles/day and based on pickup and return at same location. Rate based on rental of Dodge Grand Caravans, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey or similar vehicle. Your rate and mileage fees will be provided before a reservation is confirmed. Vehicles rented cannot travel outside of the United States. Rates do not include tax and delivery. Additional charges may apply for optional accessories. Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same amount of fuel as they were checked out with, or a $5/gallon charge will apply.
